# Smartsheets

### Connect to Smartsheets

1\. 2\. Select **Smartsheets**.

3\. Enter your account credentials and click **Connect**.&#x20;

* **`Access Token`**: Follow the instructions below to generate API Key.&#x20;

1. Go to **Account** (top-right icon)
2. Navigate to **Apps & Integrations > API Access**
3. Generate a new access token
4. Copy the access token

* **`Sheet ID`**: Spreadsheet ID. Find it by opening the spreadsheet then navigating to File > Properties
* **`Start Date`**: Retrieve data after this date. The date should be ISO 8601 date and time in the format of 2000-01-01T13:00:00.&#x20;

4\. Choose tables to import and click **Finish Setup**.&#x20;

5\. It may take a few minutes to several hours depending on the data size and the number of your tables. Once your data is ready, you will receive a notification email.&#x20;
