# Rename

Renaming your columns requires you to insert a valid column field name and apply it to the table. By doing so, all references to this column will use the new name you have entered. 

There are two methods to rename your columns.

**Method 1: Click the `Rename` button under the `View` tab**

#### Method 2: Click the small button next to the column name and choose **`Rename`**
